A Solo Workshop - Reality Observer

The Deepest Way to Understand Yourself

I practice something I call a “solo workshop”
to understand myself more deeply.

It’s not a special program.

It’s a simple method
that anyone can do,
yet incredibly powerful.

The process is surprisingly simple.

Choose a place you’ve never been to,
book a place to stay,
and go there alone.

You don’t need much.

Some simple food,
your favorite coffee,
and a notebook with a pen.

That’s enough.

The core of this workshop is
changing your environment
and preparing the right questions.

I usually prepare
around 100 questions.

For example:

With these questions,
I face myself
in a completely new environment.

There are no distractions,
no expectations,
no external pressure.

I write continuously,
often deep into the night.

The format doesn’t matter.

It can be a mind map
or simply raw thoughts flowing onto paper.

What matters is
not stopping.

Letting thoughts flow,
and listening to your inner voice.

Through this process,
I begin to see more clearly
the direction I want to move toward.

Just as external experiences shape perception,
inner experiences also have the power
to change reality.

Through this time,
I reorganize my thoughts
and redefine myself.

People forget what they hear,
remember what they see,
but understand what they experience.

Writing is not just recording.

It is an action.
It is an experience.

Even now,
I continue to read, write, and experience.

And I observe
what kind of changes
these actions create in my life.
