For a long time, I have carried a simple question with me.
Is the reality we see truly the way it is?
Many philosophers and thinkers have suggested that our thoughts and consciousness may influence the reality we experience.
Rather than leaving this idea as something I only read about in books,
I wanted to experience it for myself.
So I started a small experiment.
Whenever I walk outside,
I try to look at reality as if I am watching a movie.
People walking down the street begin to feel like characters in a story.
Cars passing by feel like scenes unfolding in a film.
In those moments, instead of reacting automatically,
I pause and simply become an observer.
Something interesting happens when I do this.
The world begins to feel slightly different.
It feels less like things are happening to me,
and more like reality is unfolding in front of me.
This blog is a place where I record these small experiments.
Here, I explore ideas about consciousness, perception,
and the possibility that our thoughts might shape the reality we experience.
If we are not merely observers of reality,
but participants in creating it,
then perhaps the simple act of observing
is the first key to understanding it.
