What You Focus On Defines Your World
We often believe that we are seeing the world as it truly is.
But in reality, that is not the case.
We do not experience the entire world.
We only experience the parts of it that we give our attention to.
Even in the same place,
even when looking at the same sky,
one person may see a clear and peaceful sky,
while another may feel it as heavy and overwhelming.
The world itself does not change.
What changes
is the direction of our attention.
The human brain cannot process everything at once.
So we are constantly making choices.
What to notice.
What to ignore.
The basis of this selection is
attention.
Attention is not just focus.
It is the mechanism through which we select our reality.
What we repeatedly think about,
what we consistently pay attention to,
what we frequently bring into awareness,
begins to appear more strongly in our reality.
As if that part is being magnified.
That is why some people experience a reality
where problems seem to repeat endlessly,
while others experience a reality
where opportunities continue to expand.
차이는 능력의 문제가 아니라,
관심을 기울이는 방향의 문제입니다.
In the end, the starting point of changing reality
is not the external environment,
but where we place our attention.
We cannot control everything
around us.
But we can choose
where to place our awareness.
And over time, those choices
shape the reality we experience.
